The Engineering Department is responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating construction of engineering services for the City.  Plans, designs, and directs engineering support for projects such as roads, bridges, channels, water, sewer and other Public Works projects ensuring technical competence and compliance with all current codes and criteria. The City Engineer also serves as Flood Plain Administrator.
